The 75 by 450mm planks are installed at 90-degree angles to create a sophisticated herringbone weave – invoking the stately European homes where this pattern has been used for centuries. The engineered wood floor uses a layered construction method – combining a hardwood top layer with supple softwood core to provide incredible strength and stability. This means it can easily withstand the harsh climate of the Middle East.
