Smoked – Herringbone Variation

Deep raw umber tones, curving wood grains and distinctive cracks and knots give Smoked Herringbone Variation a mysterious sense of wonder. The compact 90 by 600mm planks are installed at 90-degree angles to create the broken zigzag herringbone pattern, creating a complex and layered floor. You can build on this effect by layering textures such as woven rugs and mottled wallpapers to conjure a tantalisingly tactile feeling. The engineered wood construction uses a mixture of scarce hardwood and plentiful softwood, giving you the same look and feel of a solid wood floor but at a significantly more affordable price.
